Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
All items are printed on demand in our UK studio and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Once dispatched, you will be notified by email which will contain your tracking details.
Parcels for delivery within the UK are sent with Royal Mails 48 hour service and should be delivered within 2 working days.
Standard UK postage cost is £3.95, we offer FREE UK SHIPPING on orders over £75.00.
Processing and delivery times may be subject to change during peak periods such as Black Friday however customers will be notified by email should any delays occur.
Any items ordered via 'Pre Order' will be subject to extended dispatch times, this will be detailed at time of purchase.
RETURNS
To make a return, please contact us with your order number via email before sending back any items.
Item(s) must be returned back to us within 30 days of receipt. Before making the return, please ensure item(s) are sent in the same condition you received them in.
EXCHANGES
We are more than happy to exchange item(s) for a different size/design. When returning, please state the exchange details so once your return is received we can get the new item(s) out to you as soon as possible. Exchange orders are processed as normal and will take 3-5 working days to be printed & dispatched.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved returns will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 working days for payments to be processed.
All items must be:
- In original packaging with tags/labels attached
- Unworn, unwashed and unmarked
- Free from any pet/animal hair and smoke free
Customers are liable to cover the cost of return shipping. You are welcome to use any shipping service to make a return however we do recommend sending with a tracked service.
Shipping costs are non refundable unless an item is faulty. Your refund will have the original shipping costs deducted. If you have a requested an exchange, the replacement order will be shipped free of charge.
Please note, we are unable to take responsibility if your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed in transit. We recommend sending all returns back to us with tracked shipping and to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
If you are returning from outside the UK please clearly state with customs and on the parcel that it is a return.
FAULTY ITEMS
We make every effort to ensure your items arrive in the best condition however should an item be incorrect/faulty/defected please contact us immediately so we can arrange rectify this with you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions - please note, gift card purchases and custom items are not eligible for a refund/exchange.
